introduction

The TCA-800 sensor is special for installation and operation under the cabin and to prevent the transmission of vibrations, it is installed under the bumper instead of the cabin and it measures the amount of weight through pressure. This sensor is produced in two single and group models, in which 4 weight measuring cells are used in the group model of this sensor. In fact, 4 pieces of TCA-800 kg in total measure up to 3200 kg capacity (cabin capacity and cabin weight), which is connected to the VK or RCU-205 control device by a 5-meter USB cable. The number of installed sensors depends on the capacity and dimensions of the cabin. Installing 4 active sensors in the four corners of the cabin and measuring the weight of the cabin is the reason for the superiority of this sensor over other types of sensors. Also, TCA does not suffer from errors due to rail friction and mechanical movements, the weight of cables and compensating chains, loading on each floor and other factors that prevent correct measurement, and it is recommended to be installed and used on new elevators.
