Dinacell expertise in force and weight measurement

Dinacell Electrónica has designed and manufactured load cells, measurement devices and weighing systems in Madrid, Spain since 1994. Its principal applications include elevators, cranes, silos, automotive systems and industry.

Dinacell combines mechanical and electronic engineering, precision machining, an ESD-compliant assembly line and quality control in one integrated manufacturing process. Product development is supported by its in-house R&D department.

A complete elevator load-control architecture

A load-weighing system starts with the sensor location. Dinacell provides dedicated solutions for rope fixed points, motor bedframes, ropes or belts, under-car frames, crossheads and hydraulic circuits.

The selected sensors connect to a load-weighing controller. Depending on the model, available functions include relay outputs, analogue signals, CANopen-Lift CiA 417, travelling-chain compensation and NG technology for setup and diagnostics from a phone, tablet or computer.

Select sensors by measurement location

Installation point, suspension, capacity, rope or belt count and controller outputs determine the correct model.

Rope fixed point

Compression measurement at the rope termination, with options for reading the load on each rope independently.

Under motor bedframe

Measurement of load transferred through the motor bedframe where access to other sensing points is limited.

BPP / BPP-CB

On ropes or belts

Direct installation on the suspension set for load control, imbalance detection and individual tension adjustment.
