1 Introduction
We have developed a solution to be able to measure the load level in silos using our SVS-P sensor. Its installation is based on the adhesion of these sensors to the supports or legs of the silo detecting the micro deformations that occur in the structure generated by the load.

LOCTITE 7063 (Cleaner). 1. Treat the surfaces to be cleaned by spraying and rubbing with paper towels dipped in solvent. 2. Clean surfaces, while they are wet, with paper towels, eliminating all residues. 3. If necessary, repeat the cleaning process.
LOCTITE SF 7649 (Gluing activator for low temperatures (between 5 and 15oC) 1. Spray the activator on the surfaces to be adhered to before applying glue. <15oC 2. Allow enough time for the activator solvent to evaporate, providing good ventilation, until the surfaces are completely dry. 3. Upon activation, the parts must adhere within a month.
LOCTITE 638 (Glue). 1. Make sure before applying the glue that the surfaces to be assembled are clean and dry. 2. Apply the glue to one or both surfaces and assemble the parts immediately. 3. If possible, move the surfaces together to distribute the adhesive properly. 1
