1 Introduction
1.1 Product Description
Weighing system specifically designed for use in silos, incorporating a high-precision load cell installed under a support with an optimized tilting angle. This design ensures perfect adaptation of the cell, allowing easy installation and replacement with minimal displacement of 10 mm, without the need to significantly lift the silo structure. The support is attached directly to the silo leg, making it easy to implement even in already constructed silos.
The system includes a ground-anchored base that acts as an anti-tip feature, improving stability and safety. In addition, it features a protection system against electrical discharges, a UV-resistant housing, and effective sealing against high-pressure water jets, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding environments.
Weight Display
For applications requiring high accuracy in silo weighing, our solution includes the installation of CLS cells at each support point, with signals centralized in a junction box. This system allows the transmission of all measurements through a single cable to the measuring device, ensuring reliability, ease of installation, and simplified maintenance.

f the need is only to display a percentage value to approximately manage the silo content, we offer a simpler alternative that requires only a single cell connected to the appropriate measuring device.
Weighing device It is advisable to use our CNS model with connectivity to the application, which has a c specific filter for viewing the percentage level.

15 484130 If the anti-tip rod is misaligned and touches the silo base, enlarge the hole using the cutting crown of the installation tool to prevent any interference with the weight measurement. To ensure precise alignment of the crown cut with the rod, the tool comes with centering rings in various sizes for optimal fit. Secure the locking nut onto the anti-tip rod, ensuring it does not make contact with the silo base. If the nut is smaller than the hole, insert a larger diameter washer between the base and the nut, making sure there is no direct contact with the nut.
