Easy-to-install weighing set for

silos

CLS Bending Load Cell

Weighing set specifi cally designed for use in silos... This system includes aaa high---precision load cell installed beneath a support with a tilting angle, ensuring proper adaptation to the cell. The support, which attaches to the silo leg, allows for easy installation and replacement of the cell with a minimum displacement of 10 mm. Thanks to this design, there is no need to signifi cantly lift the silo leg, making installation easier even in existing silos. The load cell also features a base anchored to the ground that acts as an anti-tip system. Additionally, the set is equipped with a system that helps protect against electrical discharges and includes a protective housing against UV rays and eff ective protection against high-pressure water jets.

Weight display If high weighing system accuracy is required, we off er a solution consisting of a CLS load cell installed on each support or silo leg. All load cell signals are gathered in a junction box, allowing the signal to be transmitted via a single cable to the measuring device.

Percentage level display If the requirement is only to display a percentage value for approximate silo content management, we off er a simpler alternative that requires only a single load cell connected to the appropriate measuring device.

Weighing device It is recommended to use our CNS model with connectivity to the application, which c features a specifi c fi lter for displaying the percentage level. 1/3
