1 Introduction
1.1 Product description
The BCD-CC set enables electrical-continuity measurement for detecting breaks in belts. It uses two connectors, A and B, installed at opposite ends of each belt. Dinacell has developed diff erent models adapted to the various belt types available on the market.

BCD-to-device pigtail/connection lead.

2 Step-by-step installation
To install the BCD-CC connectors, you will need M2 and M3 Allen keys, as well as a tool capable of making a clean cut in the belt, for example an angle grinder.
1 The belts must be cut cleanly at 90°; make sure 2 Loosen the screws without removing them. no core touches another and that there is no rust.

3 4 To ensure proper contact, when inserting the connector into the belt you will notice how the belt itself pushes the lower part of the connector, keeping it open, as shown in the image.

5 Keeping the opening created by inserting the 6 belt, insert the fastening screws.
